In this email, please include:
This must be WITHIN 1 WEEK OF PURCHASE and the items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION - unwashed, unstained, and with all tags still attached.
In the case that there is NO SIZE AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT, we can offer you to EXCHANGE WITH ANOTHER ITEM or provide a CREDIT NOTE (credit notes do not expire)
However, if an exchange because of the wrong size or change of mind does occur, you will be responsible for any delivery fees.

REFUND POLICY
We are sorry if you have purchased the wrong item...
Unfortunately, we DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS for those pieces :(
However, we CAN PROVIDE CREDIT NOTES. These do not have an expiry date, and can be used at any time. We launch new items every season, and you can pay using these credit notes!
