EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you wish to EXCHANGE an item due to it being the WRONG SIZE or CHANGE OF MIND, feel free to send an email to: 

info@ashleyanddana.com

In this email, please include:

  • THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE
  • ITEM SIZE
  • (for in-store purchases) A PHOTO OF THE RECEIPT 
  • (for online orders) THE ORDER NUMBER

This must be WITHIN 2 WEEK OF PURCHASE and the items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION - unwashed, unstained, and with all tags still attached.

In the case that there is NO SIZE AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT, we can offer you to EXCHANGE WITH ANOTHER ITEM or provide a CREDIT NOTE (credit notes do not expire)

Unfortunately, any items on CLEARANCE cannot be exchanged. Items bought with PROMO CODE can be exchanged for credit note.

However, if an exchange because of the ill-fitting size or change of mind does occur, you will be responsible for any delivery fees.

If the item is DEFECTIVE, Ashley & Dana WILL pay the return shipping cost.

We are sorry if you have purchased the wrong item...

Unfortunately, we DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS for those pieces :(
However, we CAN PROVIDE CREDIT NOTES. These do not have an expiry date, and can be used at any time. We launch new items every season, and you can pay using these credit notes!
