Processing Time
We are currently closed on SUNDAY and TUESDAY. Therefore, any orders made during these days will be packed the following day.
Additionally, any clothes ordered from the CLEARANCE, NEW SALE or PREVIOUS SEASON COLLECTIONS will have to be transferred to the store from our warehouse on WEDNESDAYS, therefore may experience delays with these items.

Delivery Time
Tracking Delivery
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you believe you have not received your tracking information email, please check your spam/junk folders before messaging us :)
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place by the delivery driver. If they are unable to do so or if the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local collection hub.
International Shipping
At the moment, we are only delivering within Australia. We have seen an increase in interest from international customers. For this reason, we are currently discussing with international couriers to select the fastest, most reliable courier.
